Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the “Services”) are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the “Terms of Service”). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.

Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.

This Website also contains links to other websites, which are not operated by Grey and Copper and has no control over the Linked Sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of the Linked Sites will be subject to the terms of use and service contained within each site.

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the payment method used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Discount Codes

Discount codes are only valid for orders placed online. Discounts for any bespoke stationery should be arranged with Grey and Copper direct. Discount codes codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed via the website and are not valid in conjunction with any other offer. The discount is only valid for the time indicated on the specific marketing material.

We reserve the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a discount code is invalid. Only one voucher code can be used per order, per person.

Payment

Payment in whole, by credit card or debit card, is required before dispatch of goods. Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your online order form.

All payments on greyandcopper.com are processed via Stripe payment fulfilment service. Grey and Copper assumes no liability for the availability and functionality of this service. Grey and Copper assumes no liability for any financial loss caused by the use of Stripe payment service. Stripe complies with the Electronic Commerce Directive. 

Delivery

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled if made within 30 minutes of ordering and if they have not been shipped out by us.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if: we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will credit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within five working days.

 

Returns

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, or are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within seven working days of the delivery of the goods in question. If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our obligation to you will be either:

  • To make good any shortage or non-delivery, or

  • To replace any goods that are damaged or defective, or

  • To refund to you the amount paid for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.


Semi Custom Invitations

Proofing

Client will be sent PDF proofs throughout the design process to check wording, layout and spelling. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that all elements are correct. Grey and Copper will not be held responsible for any spelling mistakes. The price includes up to two rounds of amends. Any extra amends on top of this will incur an extra charge which will be discussed with the Client. Production of any item will not commence until the Client has given a written sign off on design proofs. If any changes are needed after final sign off, Client will be charged for time taken and production costs if necessary. 

Production Variables 

Samples and proofs may not match exactly to the finished product due to variation in the production processes. This could affect but is not limited to texture, colour, size and positioning of final design. Please note that colours can look differently on screen to the final products.

Delivery

Grey and Copper uses Royal Mail Special Delivery for smaller pieces. Larger pieces will be sent via a courier and will be charged accordingly. If any items are needed quickly, a rush shipping fee will be charged. Grey and Copper accepts no responsibility for delays in shipping.

Collection of items is welcome but must be prearranged between Grey and Copper and the Client. 

Copyright

Grey and Copper in accordance with this Agreement owns all copyrights in any and all work(s) created whether registered or unregistered. Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible, produced or created in connection with, or in the process of fulfilling this Agreement, are expressly and solely owned by Grey and Copper and may be used in the reasonable course of Vendor’s business. Grey and Copper reserves the right to use samples of the work created for photographs and marketing purposes, inclusive of use on social media, website and on display at events. 

Artistic Release

Grey and Copper will use reasonable efforts to ensure Client's desired Services are produced in a style and manner consistent with Grey and Copper's current portfolio and will try to incorporate any reasonable suggestion made by Client. However, Client understands and agrees that:

  1. Every client and wedding is different, with different tastes, budgets, and needs;

  2. Calligraphy + Design services are often a subjective art and Grey and Copper has a unique vision, with an ever-evolving style and technique;

  3. Grey and Copper will use its artistic judgment when providing Services for Client, which may not include strict adherence to Client’s suggestions;

  4. Dissatisfaction with Grey and Copper's aesthetic judgment or artistic ability are not valid reasons for termination of this Agreement or request of any monies returned.

Data Protection

All information collected from the Client is confidential and will only be seen by Grey and Copper and any printing partners if necessary. Grey and Copper will only ask the Client for information needed in relation to the order and shipping. All information and data collected will be deleted by Grey and Copper 90 days after the final invoice date. Invoices will be kept for 7 years as per tax regulations.
